When the colleges ask for me to request a fee waiver, does that mean I have to mail them my free 4 fee waivers from Collegeboard?
If you qualify for a fee waiver (due to income), then you can use the common app fee waiver for those schools (your GC has to approve that), one of the 4 CB waivers, or ask the school directly for one.
