<p>Depends on the college and the major. For example, LSA majors have to take 4 trimesters of a Foreign Language, 3 trimesters of sciences, 3 trimesters of humanities/social science and 1 class in Diversity appreciation. At least, that's what I remember.</p>

Engineering and others are probably less stringent.
