Rescinded Admission Suffolk?

I was accepted to Suffolk U in Boston, which was really my safety but turned out to be the most economical choice, so I committed around 2 weeks ago. The average university GPA is pretty low (3.1-3.2), and when I was accepted, I was taking 4 AP courses and my GPA was around a 3.6 (Maybe a bit above). During my third marking period, I was scrambling to get a bunch of shit done (loans, work, etc etc) and I failed AP literature for that marking period. I’ll still pass the class with like a C, but I’m wondering what the chances are that I’ll get into some hot water with this? My other classes all dropped a little, but all of my final grades should be almost identical to those when I was accepted. (AP literature I’d end up with a final grade of like C- instead of B+)

**they also gave me a scholarship of like $20,000+, could this be affected?

As long as you don’t get D’s or an F Suffolk won’t care.

^ Ds or Fs for final grades.

What if I had a D in one class when they accepted me?

And I still have a D?

Unlikely that anyone on CC will know for certain the exact policies of any one particular school. If you are concerned, you should check directly with the college. Why guess?

Yeah that’s a good idea. I’m going to email my admissions counselor. Thanks!
