I know this may be silly, but I really just need a bit of reassurance here.
I recently just accepted Mcgill's offer of admission for their faculty of Arts and Sciences and I want to know how badly one has to screw up to get that admission rescinded.

I didn't do so well in AP Calculus (for multiple reasons, including the fact that our teacher was replaced halfway through the year, and some family issues) and it's possible (I'm trying to bring it up, and it's looking promising) that I could get a C+ as a final grade (Best case scenario, I pull it up to something in the B range).

Would Mcgill look at that as a reason to rescind my admission?
I'm taking a full set of AP classes (five in all and an honors class) and the other grades will be A's and maybe a few B+'s.

So even if this seems like a silly question, will they rescind?
