My offer of admission to McGill (I was accepted off of the waitlist), notes that it is "valid provided I maintain my current level of academic achievement and obtain my high school diploma."

I'm sure they say something like this to all acceptees, but I can't help but be a bit worried.
I'm worried because my average in math has fallen really low and I run the risk of getting a D for the year in that (but only that) subject. The rest of my courses should be A's and B's. It is worth noting that I was accepted with C's in math, so it is only a one-letter-grade drop.

Should I be concerned? Do they ever actually rescind acceptances?

I called the office but they weren't very helpful.

My college counselor told me that if you drop one letter grade from the grade that you were accepted with then you should be okay but if you go from an A to a C than that might be a problem. Not that you should neccessarily take that as the rule that’s just what I’ve heard.

If they are overenrolled and/or you are large financial aid you may get rescinded.
D’s are alarming at competitive schools.
If you are full pay and/or they are under enrolled you may have nothing to worry about.
