Rescission Policy

Hello..just wondering what Penns rescission policy. I've been a straight A student with a few A minuses.. And I'm running the risk of 2 B+s and an A- this semester... Just want to make sure I'm good. It's not that I've been slacking, but my ECs took off, and I had to miss a lot of school.

You may need to prepare yourself for a semester or two of CC to get your grades back up and reapply. J/K, do your best try not to get any C’s or below and you should be fine.

No, my worst grade would be a B+, but potentially 2 of them, lol

Please! If that’s your version of Senior Slump, you’ll have to do a lot better–er, um, I mean worse–than that. ;)

Thanks  anyone else???

If Penn announces that they will rescind admits with 2 B+'s in their final semester, I think that they will have a significant amount of rescinding to do. I can’t imagine that they have ever done that. You have nothing to worry about.

Don’t worry too much about it. A B+ here and there won’t break you. Chill out. There are far worse things that can be done to get your admission rescinded.

@Calculusfan: Why don’t you look at the GPAs of some of your fellow admitted students? In your current panic-induced line of thinking, you’re assuming that Penn only accepts and retains straight A HS students??? Really?

Please learn how to relax. Your future Penn classmates will enjoy you and you, them, much more. Have a great remainder of your Sr year.
