Have decisions come out for internationals?

I donât know about decisions for internationals but decisions for US have come out, 50 accepted out of 1,100 applicants meaning the acceptance rate was roughly 4.5%.

S just checkedâŠrejectedâŠitâs a long shot for everyoneâŠmoving onâŠ
Congrats to everyone who was accepted!! It will be a wonderful experience!

As expected, accepted

Whoâs sending the e-mails? Are both Accepted and Rejected coming from the same person? Thank you.

Acceptance email from Joann. A preliminary review email is not necessary.

@frtian: Thank you! Were both Accepted and Rejected e-mails sent today? I didnât receive anything.

@absoluteMIT,
Would you consider sharing your stats as well?

I think I posted them in a previous page Iâll find it later, also we should start creating a group for those who have been accepted, so we can exchange contact information, and possibly establish person-person contact for people who are in the same state

Congratulations to all of you who were accepted! Youâre going to have an awesome summer.
To those of you who were not accepted, donât despair! There are still a lot of awesome ways to spend your summer, some of which might be even better for you than RSI would have been.

Anyone know the likelihood of getting in if I was put on the alternate list for RSI? Also, what are some last minute summer camps I can apply to?

SPARC is a good camp thatâs also pretty prestigious in terms of its alumni, although itâs a pretty new camp, for likelihood Iâm not too sure

rndmgUyfgd - there is a stickied thread about programs with application deadlines past 3/1 - I would look at that thread if you need options.

And I understand you were put on the alternate list which means youâre incredibly competitive right there, but you probably should have applied to backups if research is your passion.

Alternate.
Not mad at all, wasnât expecting anything, even being alternate is a huge shock. Only real accomplishment was good gpa and standardized test (not great but good but all applicants will have that) and making usajmo last two years. Does anyone know how many alternates are there? And can they give me chances on MIT?

And has tasp deadline passed?

yea tasp is over

Alternate.
grumbles loudly
