For all of the Florida schools I'm applying to, I have to provide proof that I'm a Florida resident by giving my parents' voter registration number, driver's license number, etc. My question is, does this information have to be with my custodial parent (my mom) or can it be my dad's information (who also lives in Florida, but I do not live with)? Does it matter?

Anybody? =/

You need to talk to your counselor or contact the universities if you have an issue using your mother’s information. You are considered a resident of the place of your custodial parent, your mom. My guess is you need to use your custodial parent’s information to fill out the Florida residency form because you could otherwise raise some serious questions by showing your father’s adfress as the one claiming residency and your address as being elsewhere.
