<p>I will be an out-of state student my freshman yr. If i buy some property in Colorado my sophomore year will I be eligible for in state tuition junior and senior year?</p>

<p>I don't know specifically, CU has super strict rules because it gets a lot of money from out of state tuition, and its been loosing money lately, so I'm assuming they will be more strict. I think it may depend on how much time you spend in CO, if you work here ect. I had to fill out a super long form to establish residency.</p>
