I will probably call admissions tomorrow to ask this, but if anyone has any insight I would appreciate it. I'm enrolled for Fall 2014. I am currently an OOS and I am hoping to get an OOS tuition waiver. I was told they don't offer those until the summer. I am a dependent student living in PA with my family. My mom is planning on moving to Florida over the summer (she can't take the cold weather and there are no job opportunities here for her). So my question is, if I am awarded an OOS tuition waiver and my mom (whom I am a dependent of) moves to Florida, will I lose my OOS waiver for the year? Since she wouldn't be be a resident for 12 months I am still considered OOS. We've done this backwards. She isn't moving to Florida because of my college. I selected a college in Florida because I knew that's where my family would be moving and since my mom isn't in the best of health I didn't want to be too far away in case of anything. Any thoughts?

I don’t know anything b/c i’m a JR in HS but common sense would to be to call Financial aid office and tell them the situation.

@wildfactor - I planned on calling, as I stated in the first sentence of my comment. I was just hoping to get some insight from anyone who had knowledge on this. That’s what these boards are all about :)
