<p>I’m a currently RA for Bursley and was a CA for Baits before. It’s fairly competitive. This year, it’s one out of seven applicants. But the process itself isn’t bad, consists of an optional shadowing experience, 2-3 essays and an interview with two Housing officials.</p>
