I noticed that a few colleges give me options to upload a resume. Instead of uploading a resume, I plan to put "old and new" websites on pdf file and upload it as a resume.

Is it better not to upload my websites? or should I upload it

To bump and clarify somethings, Websites I make are for the local business owners. I want to put Old website of the local business and the new version(mine) on Word document and uplaod it.

That isn’t what a resume is so I wouldn’t use a resume space for that. If you want to put a link to a website you created, you can include it in an actual resume. Or you can put it in additional info. There are no guarantees they will look at it. You have website building on your activities list and that may be enough for them. I’m pretty sure they don’t want to do website before and after evaluations.

All this will show is that you don’t know how to follow instructions. (Falls into the category “the thicker the file, the thicker the kid”.) I agree with the advice in post #3.

Do what they tell you to do, ok? They aren’t interested in looking at the actual websites you’ve built. Follow directions. Think about how annoying it must be to be them, tasked with looking at hundreds or thousands of applications, and each kid thinks he can do it his own way.
