Retail stores and new CDC mask updates

The Jewish Deli near here serves beef bacon. It’s good, but it’s not bacon.

I love almost all products from pigs…but they are quite intelligent and they way they are raised/treated is terrible. My pocketbook will suffer but I am glad there is a movement towards improving their conditions.

If only there were feral hogs around me, I could get my fix…

I’m enjoying the bacon talk. I bought some today at my local meat market. $6.59 a pound. Not sure if that’s more expensive or not because I don’t buy bacon very often

But do you know about chicken farms and how chickens are raised? It’s not very humane

Went to our local Rack to pick up my Nordstrom order. The store is bursting at the seams with merch, but almost everything looks so flimsy and just not that great when it comes to quality! People are still buying this fast fashion stuff. Sigh.

Nordstrom Rack used to have stuff that came from Nordstrom. Now I feel that most of the clothing is manufactured just for the Rack.

I used to get great deals on bags, jewelry and cosmetics. Not so much anymore.

The only thing I find is shoes that seem to be ones I’ve seen on sale at Nordstrom and are not Rack only items. But I could be seeking out the brands that I am interested in.

Bacon once a week on the weekend is a must. I’ll pay what ever price for it - 4 slices a week (between me and H) is worth no matter the cost.

I buy the thick cut Kirkland brand from Costco - I think they were limiting it during a good part of the pandemic

(How did this conversation turn to bacon?)

It’s always about the bacon.
