<p>While a 760 may be outstanding on any other subject test, it is only around 75th percentile on Math 2. Does a 760 look the same to colleges as a 780-800, or is it worth retaking (and spending the time/money) just for those few extra points?</p>
<p>It doesn’t look exactly the same, but it won’t hurt you. It’s good enough for most cases.</p>
<p>It is 75% of people who actually took Math II. How many people take Math II vs Math I? You are not going to look better by getting 780 or 800 on Math II. Move on.</p>
<p>760 is statistically the same as 780 and possibly 800. Don’t waste your time. Colleges won’t make/unmake any admissions decisions based on a statistically insignificant difference.</p>
