Retake my SAT I or SAT II for UVA?

My Sat I is a 2150(640 reading 800 writing 710 math).
My SAT IIs are 730 Math 2 680 Biology M and 680 US History

I can only do one because I'm too late for November and frankly I wouldn't be ready to take either that soon. I am confident I can bring my SAT I up around 100 points but I feel like my SAT IIs are weak. Where should I concentrate?

bump 10 char

Take the SAT I, concentrating on getting your verbal up, using strategy guides on how to assess questions, etc. Getting your score up above 650 seems more significant to me, bringing it in line with your other scores. It’s also totally doable.

Get your SAT1 to above admission average, then improve your SAT2. You should look up the stat and see how you stand currently.

^it already is admissions average is 2107 for my school. Plus I only have one test date left so I have to choose between them.

Be careful of averages in the relatively small sample of a single school. These data will include hooked applicants, such as athletes, URM, etc. You haven’t presented your other stats or if you are otherwise hooked, but from the scores you listed, I agree that the SAT 1 reading is the place to focus any additional testing efforts.
