Retake one F and one W in CC and want to transfer to UCLA

I’m now a CC student and I withdrew a writing class and failed in one of my major class, but I retook them and got one A and one B.
I want to transfer to UCLA but I’m worry about the W and F might affect the result.
Has anyone ever retaken F in CC and accepted by this school?
Since I failed one of my major class, I’m wondering if I still have a chance to get in UCLA?

The W is fine. Don’t worry. Retake the F and there’s a place to add a comment about the grade in the application. Explain why you got the F (e.g., family obligations, work, illness, etc). People get in with Fs.

I’ve received a couple of F’s, retook the classes for A’s. Got into UCLA biz econ. They are looking for an upward trend
