Retake or no?

I got my scores back and there's an 100 point difference between my CR and other scores...
CR: 680
M: 780
W: 800
Total: 2260
CR/M: 1460

My college counselor said that I shouldn't retake if I get 1450+ and 2200-2400. But I'm shooting for UPenn, so I really don't want to make any mistakes. Do you guys think I should study over the summer and retake?

This score is actually about what I got on practice tests. Writing and Math are usually 780-800 (nevertheless, it's kind of pathetic but I'm really mad about that one math question because I just mixed up the numbers when i was bubbling it in haha). And my CR is always much lower, and actually 680 is exactly what I made on the practice test I took the week prior to the real sat. So it's not like this is much worse than I usually do and that's why I want to (possibly) retake. I'm just wondering if I need to improve.

I think you should retake the test, cause your CR score could is a disadvantage in application of Upenn. I really want your WR score!!

2140 is U Penn’s average SAT score last year, you have no worries :)
