I got a 2320 on the SAT I single sitting and was happy with my score. The "problem" and I use that word very lightly is that I "only" got a 750 on math. Should I retake the SAT to get a higher math score if I want to come to MIT?

No, a 750 in math is just fine. I got a 2360 with a 760 in math. You’ll be taking the math SAT2 too anyway.

I agree. That 750 will probably be looked at for about two seconds. I think the essays are probably more important. 2320 is AMAZING.

Admissions officers only glance at your test scores. A 2320 is perfectly fine.

By comparison, even though I scored 800 on math, my SAT score is over 200 points less than yours. Don’t worry about it.

Bump for days
