Reverse Chance Me??? Liberal arts Schools

So I’ve got honestly no idea where I stand. I was thinking if I posted my stats, could you guys would suggest schools where you think I’d be a match or (reachable) reach? I prefer liberal arts schools like Brown (in my dreams), Vassar(again, in my dreams), Skidmore, that kind of vibe. Also California though. I’m totally open to any suggestions.

High School:
Final GPA: UW 3.5 (slacking second sem senior) W 4.3 ish
SAT: 2310
SAT Lit: 800 SAT Bio: 790
AP Lang 5, AP Bio 4, AP Calc AB 4, AP Art History 5
(National Merit finalist, some clubs like academic decathlon, I don’t think they count anymore though)

College(One Semester as a freshman at University of Rochester)
Projected GPA: 3.9/4.0
Classes: (I feel like they’re kinda slacker classes but I might wanna major in theatre so)

One decent/good rec
Essays probs gonna be pretty good

Not sure how transfers are received, but based off of high school stats… Vassar, Haverford, Williams, Bowdoin, Bryn Mawr, Smith, Oberlin all are pretty attainable. What about NYU Tisch?

Whaa Williams obtainable? I should have mentioned I got waitlisted at Vasaar but I had a terrifyingly horrible essay.
Thinking about tisch actually haha. Thnx for your response!

I mean Williams is probably the most competitive out of those but you have high stats, and LAC’s are typically more lenient if you have things to offer them… like if you write very well, are very passionate, or are published, etc… if you were wait listed at Vassar but had a crappy essay, you probably have some shot at Williams if you bump up the essay and sell yourself well.

ohhk i get what you’re saying then. Thanks!

Holy Cross?

How did you get waitlisted at Vassar already?

As a freshman applicant, I’m a freshman in college now at another school

Check out the transfer rates for the colleges you’ve listed by looking up their Common data sets. There’s also a thread in the transfer forum that has those rates at top colleges.

Keep in mind Brown is need aware for transfer students, if that’s any concern. Also, Williams has an extremely low transfer acceptance rate- just not a lot of students leave the college apparently.
