Review these schools please!

I always have these really long threads which im sure most people are extremely apprehensive about reading so im going to keep this short and sweet. I need to begin making my list and i want to major in IR. My stats arent great 3.3 gpa 21act and a low 1360 sat which i will retake. I will need a lot of financial aid since i come from a low socioeconomic background. Im hispanic and go to a catholic school. I know i cant get into the top D.C. schools. What i need is a review of these schools and their IR program. It'd also like to know my chances.
University of Denver
Towson
Goucher
George Mason
George Washington
American

Also add Depaul to that list.

Here are your chances:

University of Denver--Match
Towson--Match
Goucher--Match
George Mason--Match
George Washington--Slight Reach
American--Slight Reach
Depaul--Match

Here's some things to consider, though. University of Denver, American University, Goucher College and George Washington are extremely expensive schools ($27,000 per year or more). While all give decent financial aid, you would be better off at University of Denver, Goucher, or American than at George Washington since more of their aid comes from grants and less from loans. However, you will still need to pay a bit at these schools.

2 of the other 3 schools on your list aren't too expensive. In particular, if you are from Virginia or Maryland then the in-state choices of George Mason (Virginia) or Towson (Maryland) (where my wife went to school) are both very reasonable ($3.700 at George Mason in-state, $14,000 out-of state and $7,000 at Towson in-state and $16,000 out-of-state) . Depaul is kind a middle-expensive school (still $19,000 per year). All of these costs are per-year.

Best of luck to you.

How are the programs for undergrad IR at each school?

Well, George Washington and American are both in Washington, D.C. and George Mason is right outside of Washington, D.C.--so I would imagine their IR programs are good. I don't know about the others. (Towson and Goucher are both near Baltimore, so I would expect the proximity to Washington, D.C. would affect their programs also--I know it does Towson's econ program--which pulls its faculty from some very well-known economic institutes in Washington, D.C.)
