anatomy&physiology is the name of the class. So, only 1 C. Hopefully, the only C I will ever get.

I hate to bring up an old topic, but I didn’t want to create an entire new thread for my specific situation.

I’m worried that my acceptance to the UW will be rescinded.

Not that I’m the slacker type; I used to work (insanely!) hard for my grades before but senior year I just started running out of steam. I’m quite capable of doing the work it takes to bring them back up.

However, there’s little I can do to significantly improve my grades because all we’re doing now is AP/IB exam prep (no more homework/tests) and after exams there will be few projects and basically no finals. I take six AP/IB classes and an elective after school, so I have kept the same rigorous course load all four years. Our school does not weight GPA.

Before senior year, the vast majority of my grades were As, and a handful of A-s. After first semester senior year, my cumulative GPA went down from unweighted 3.926 to 3.899. This is what I’m looking at now:

First semester: A / A / A / A / A- / A- / B+
Second semester: A / A / A / A / B / C / C-

Based on what my teachers have said about what we are going to do after exams, I think I can get the B to an A-, the C to a C+, and I think the C- is going to stay a C-. I am absolutely sure that none of these grades are going to drop further.

What do you think? Grounds for withdrawing my acceptance the UW? :/

I don’t think UW will revoke your admission should your grades or GPA go down a little during final semester of senior year. If it does go down, you should ask yourself was it because you were slacking or the material got more difficult? If you think it was tough to get admitted to UW, it will be even harder to graduate from there if you are having problems (now) in high school … worry about that and do something about it now. A lot of kids get into college, not everyone graduates from college.

To avoid revoking issues due to misplaced paperwork, how does one verify that UW Admissions received the final transcript? Online? Phone? Email?

you will not get revoked, the only way you could possibly get revoke is if you got straight D’s and F’s, they wouldn’t revoke you even if you got a 2.0, believe me, first semester senior year I got straight A’s second semester I got a 2.1 and UW didn’t revoke me, this was last year.

what if you get A A- B+ B+ B-, and it changed to A A- B+ B+ C-(or how about D)

(no honors , one AP, thats all I have)

Also A A- B+ B+ C-(or how about D) is for third trimester of senior year.
