Rice Early Decision Notification on FRIDAY

<p>I just wanted to let everyone know, all you people applied ED fretting about when and how they will get their admission notification, that you will most likely receive an email on Friday afternoon/evening. In years past, the admissions department has sent out notifications the first business day before Dec 15. This year, that would be friday the 13 (unlucky, huh?) Anyway, you will be able to see whether you got rejected, accepted, or deferred on friday, and then you will get a letter by postage within a few days. Hope that helps! I'm certainly itching for friday to come faster!</p>

<p>They will let you know by email and by sending a letter in the mail. I believe the decisions are also posted on Esther.</p>
