I highly doubt they don’t consider your SOAR attendance. When you apply via common app, you have an option to select fee waiver, one of them being Rice SOAR. When they review your application, they will see that they waived your application fee via SOAR.
I’ve already arranged my flight. I’m wondering when we’re getting info regarding our hosts and airport pickup. That sort of thing.
