Rice vs. NYU Stern vs. UCLA

Hi all!
I’ve been fortunate enough to get accepted into many good schools, but I’ve narrowed down my choices to these three.
I’m in at Rice as an Econ major, but I’m looking to double major in a science if I find that it’s doable because I hear that it’s not too difficult to add/change majors at Rice.

However, I also got into NYU Stern, their business school which is ranked very highly and tends to feed into Wall Street. However, I don’t know if I would enjoy my college experience there as much as I would at Rice.

Another choice that I also have is UCLA, which I got into for Math/Econ, similar to what I got into Rice for. I know UCLA grads don’t have too much trouble finding jobs here in CA, but again, it is a large public school and I think recruitment will be competitive/challenging. Also, I don’t know if I would be able to establish the same relationships with my professors as I would at Rice.

But I’m still not sure over where to go, although I am leaning toward Rice, as it seems to me like it would provide me with the best undergrad experience.
Just some Qs:
-Can any Rice/Stern/UCLA grads give me feedback on their experiences at college/with finding employment afterwards?
-How difficult is it to find jobs in Houston for Rice grads, mainly banking jobs?
-Is an undergrad business degree really worth it at NYU Stern when I can just get an MBA instead, after completing studies in another field and going to grad school?

For what its worth, I had a roommate at UCLA who graduated Math Econ and is now at Deloitte. He had a high GPA.
