<p>I know Rice isn't one of the top schools for recruiters but what are the job prospects from Rice in investment banking and accounting.</p>
<p>They’re good. Major in something quantitative, and maintain a 3.85+ GPA.</p>
<p>If you want to be successful in accounting, you don’t need to go to a school anywhere close to the caliber of Rice.</p>
<p>I know 5+ kids from Rice at BB banks who had 3.6’s, they aren’t in New York though, and they are from wealthy families.</p>
<p>THere’s not a business major in Rice so what do students usually major in for something in the business field?</p>
<p>Probably economics, math, engineering</p>
