Ridiculous Task

This may sound ridiculous but has anyone here memorized or studied the whole dictionary?

no why on earth would you do that
there's no reason to
definitely not for the SATs...i have a pretty imperfect vocabulary but i got an 800 on CR/W...i didn't know what "sultry" meant until i missed that question on the PSATs, my parents both knew and they laughed at me ;)

lol tru 10 char

That's what i'm doing right now. I'm on letter F. Skipped over a tonne of words because i either knew them already or they were useless words eg. names of tribes, obscure animals, etc.(there's a ton of useless words in the dictionary).
Anyway, Its VERY helpful for both the CR section and essay section. Do one alphabet a day(you can probably do more because i'm slow). I know someone else on here who is doing it. Forgot his/her screenname.

Sounds like what a Chinese will do. :) (btw, I am Chinese).

I lived in Beijing for two years. China ROCKS. Best country i've ever lived in.

beijing kinda sucks, cept for the duck :) i LOVE shanghai, but i couldnt live in a place without americans

I suggested memorizing out of the dictionary somewhere in the forums, but I never thought, not in a billion years, that there's someone out there who would actually do it.

Dude, I may think that you're crazy to do that but it's still really admirable. good luck with that. BTW, you're in F right? did you reach the word **** yet??

I don't think it's possible...
