Hello,

I will be a sophomore this coming Fall '14 semester at Monmouth University.

I was looking into transferring from Monmouth University to Boston University.

I am currently majoring in Business Administration with a Concentration in Accounting.

Here are the classes that I have and will be taking so far:

Freshman Year First Semester

College Composition I: A

Information Technology for Business: A
First Year Seminar: A
Quantitative Analysis for Business I: A
Dean's List

Freshman Year Second Semester

Introduction to Political Science: B+
(I am really bad with politics, but Monmouth makes us take these general education requirements)
Theatre Appreciation: A
Principles of Financial Accounting: A-
College Composition II: A
Human Biology: A

Sophomore Year First Semester

Principles of Managerial Accounting
Legal Environment of Business I
Microeconomics
Discovering Natural Sciences
Elementary Italian I
Principles of Management and Organizational Behavior

Sophomore Year Second Semester

Legal Environment of Business II
Intermediate Accounting I*
Elementary Italian II
Individual Income Taxation
Business Statistics
Principles of Marketing

(*I am currently on a wait list for Macroeconomics, if I am accepted into the class I will drop the intermediate accounting.)

As of right now, my cumulative GPA is 3.83, since the Political Science class killed me.
My major GPA is 3.93.

I am hoping to apply for their Accounting major, as well as pursue a minor in French or Italian.
(Monmouth does not offer French as a minor but they offer Italian)

Sidenote: Does BU give a decent amount of financial aid to their transfer students?
Monmouth is giving me a pretty hefty financial aid package that is covering most of my expenses as a commuter.
