RIT vs Northeastern

This is last minute as hell and I'm desperate and can't decide.

Ok, so I got into the Game Design and Development program in both schools. The program at RIT is AMAZING, one of the best in the country. The one at Northeastern is not. Its brand new and because of that it requires a dual major with Computer Science.

Now, there is a decent chance I might not like Game Design or the computer science stuff, in which case another one of my intrests is Environmental Science, which both NU and RIT have, but RIT has a program called Environment sustainability and such that deals more with alternative energy, environmental laws, and sustainability, which interests me more than the environmental science that deals with testing water samples and stuff like that.

So basically, I like the academics at RIT better, but Northeastern has a VASTLY superior campus. It looks nicer, it seems more lively and you have Boston all around you. This is the big selling point for NU for me. Especially after hearing that RIT is considered to be depressing, no fun, anti-social ect. I'm not into a heavy party scene, but I want a fun, social environment. And I had people tell me that if you want to have fun at RIT you can, just be open and you'll find it. Which I know is right. If I want to have fun I will.

Both have great coop programs and academics. RIT gives me more what I'm looking for academically but Northeastern is like the perfect campus for me... I should also mention that with RIT I'd be at a projected 70k in debt, and with NU it would be 88. But the coops can easily cushion that.

I'd just like some outside opinions.
