<p>I've heard alot of good things about rochester and pre med. Aside from its REMS program, what makes Rochester's pre med program good? How would you compare it to the ones of other, more well known schools (ie. ivies)</p>

<p>well after visiting i also got a really good impression, they say this year the acceptance rate is around 83%...i dont know if that is jsut myth, but all the kids i hung out with (premeds) they all basically got into medical schools, or are pretty sure they will get in in the next year.</p>

<p>ah they have a hospital thats over a block long. its huge and thus they have an absolutely massive amount of resources both for grads and undergrads. U of Rochester is one of the best medical schools in the country, hands down. </p>
