Rolling admission and my chances -

I just read online that SUNY Binghamton is rolling admissions? Does that mean that applying earlier will give me a better chance? My guidance councilor told me specifically that it was not, which is the source of my confusion.

Also, with a 3.0 unweighted / 3.2 weighted GPA, and a 2100(700/700/700) SAT score, a solid list of EC's, and an outstanding essay, would I have a good chance of getting in?

Lastly, I've accumulated 38 college credits through high school, but in one of the AP's I took I got a 3; would Bing accept the credits from this course even with a 3? And are they likely to accept all 38 credits?

Thanks in advance, and I apologize for so many questions; it's my #1 choice!

Binghamton takes 32 outside credits, all other credits outside of that don’t count. You’ll get in, I mean I got like a 1500 on all three parts of the sat and got in… don’t see why you shouldn’t

Did you apply through the EOP^?

@Matteo: Are you sure??

Their website says that they take between 60-88 credits. Here’s the link:
[Binghamton University - Academics: Schools and Colleges: College of Community and Public Affairs: Human Development: Current Students: Transfer Credits](http://www2.binghamton.edu/ccpa/human-development/current-students/transfer-credits.html)

@AnswerMe - Those are transfer credits if you’re already in another school. I believe OP is in high school, which they only take 32 AP / HS-College credits.

And yes I applied Early Action.
