Lol, chances are not, but I only mention him in regards to his goal to pass legislation to audit the Fed.

And that has what to do with me applying to Northwestern…haha, thats kind of what I’m wondering and I’m having second thoughts about my essay, but I put him in there because I want to do research and it involves the Fed. And no one seems to know a whole lot about the Fed(IMO it’s not very transparent).

Trying not to disclose too much of my essay, but that skirts around my essay topic and prompt.

BTW, admissions consolers remember essays with unique features and link them to their apps. It could help you or hurt you, but if it’s you it’s worth a shot.

I don’t really mention him that much, just once or twice, but hey, it might help.

I hope when I was describing what I would like to research I didn’t ramble on, my essay is like 800 words lol, but there is no limit/restrictions, so I think it should be alright.

Oh and for my Penn essay, I’m being really obscure and making a claim that I can back up but it is pretty unique, and like you said, gt, maybe it will help me. And Lord knows I’m going to need a lot of help as far as Penn goes. And NU for that matter too. lol

thanks guys

Edit: Haha, SM, me too! Too bad UofC is known more for Austrian Economics than NU is, but whatever. Fun doesn’t die at NU… lol

…well maybe not as easily, I hear its still pretty hardcore.
