i just got my room type info and it says suite single. i'm pretty sure i got into Cuicacalli and i'm a transfer student. i don't wanna be living with a bunch of 9 or 10 18 yr old girls!!! i'm 22 yrs old! are there any transfer students in that hall or is it mostly freshman? what is the percentage of transfer/freshman, what floors are transfers most likely on? help!

im a 21 year old transfer and will be living in cuic as well. im actually pretty excited about it. Over any of the other dorms its definitely the best option

I am a 21 year old transfer as well, but i will be in University Towers. I heard there were areas specifically designed for transfers in the Villa Alvarado and UT area. Cuicacalli is the nicest dorm but it is also the most expensive. I guess if you have Mommy and Daddy paying for it you dont have to worry about the cost.

yea a whole 80 dollars a month more from UT to Cuic..mommy and daddy are really breaking the bank on that one.

I was talking to lovesyous2 not you…

A Cuicacalli Suites Single with a 10 meal plan (cheapest) cost $13,000
While a University Towers Double suite with the same plan cost $9,584

$13,000 Cost of Cuicacalli Suites Single
-9584 Cost of University Towers Double

=3416 Additional cost of Cuic over UT

$3416 additional cost / 9 months period = $379.56 MORE per month

That is a bit more then $80 a month

I'm a transfer and will be living in the Suites. I just found out that my roommate is also a transfer. At orientation I saw that there were barely any transfers living in.

I don't exactly know where they will put us, but hopefully close by. I don't think I can deal with a kid who just seperated from their parents and is about to taste freedom.

And the87stickupkid's post is rude. I'm paying for things myself, I don't see the need for that to be posted. It just sounds bitter.
