Roommates...?

<p>Okay, this is kinda a random question, but I'm curious. xD</p>

<p>So I'm really interested in learning Korean (I'm trying to do so now), and I was wondering if I could request a Korean roommate to help me with my speaking/understanding of the culture. I think it would definitely be beneficial! I'm just afraid that the housing people will be like, "NO! You RACIST!" and it's totally not that!!! Do you think I could ask?</p>

<p>On another note: Are there any other gatherings besides multi-cultural weekend for WUSTL freshies? I missed the RSVP! x_x</p>

<p>Oooor, does Wash U have a foreign exchange program? That way I could request to room with a foreign exchange student and offer to help them learn English, right?</p>

<p>No, you can’t request things like that. I believe you can request a specific roommate, but you need their name (I did housing forms years ago so I might be wrong).</p>

<p>Find a Korean student on the facebook page and ask him/her to be your roomate lol.</p>
