@CamsDad I would definitely speak to admission office. That makes no sense, except Rose does require a letter of recommendation. Something unusual must have happened, unless it is lacking the recommendation. My son got in EA, but had a classmate who did not. The classmate had 31 ACT but poor GPA of 2.8. So, it was clear that GPA was issue. Best of luck in getting a clear answer.
Definitely call the admissions officer for your region. Maybe your school didn’t send your transcript or something weird like that. Better to know for sure though. Hope it was a mistake.

I can’t speak for RHIT, but last year all of the EA decisions were sent out at the same time. Approximately Dec 15th.
