Roski School of Fine Arts

Hi :)! Well, I will be applying to University of Southern California (USC) this December and I was wondering if it was fine if I put fashion (pictures of work that I have created such as, clothing, heels, etc.) in my art portfolio. My original plan was to apply to USC with the common app art supplement but then i realized they don't allow art supplements, unless you are applying through art majors. Also, my freshman and 1st semester of sophomore year grades weren't stellar but through the 2nd semester of sophomore year through junior year I have worked really hard and showed an upward trend for my grades. Would a extra-ordinary portfolio help me get a better chance of getting in despite the struggles freshman and sophomore year? It would be really great if someone could help me as soon as possible because college apps will be coming up soon. Thanks ^_^
