I will be in 8th next year - but am already bored just thinking about the classes my school offers.
I am not yet ready for RSI - but are there things you would recommend me to look into this year or next year so I can better prepare myself later on? Thank you in advance.
(My stats: 4.0 unweighted GPA, 2400 SSAT, 1450 SAT, 0 PSAT, and 0 MCAT. I play sports and instruments - just for fun and for exercise - there will be no medals for me now or in the future.)
Research experience definitely helps… So if you get the chance, doing your own project or interning at a local university lab would be great. Middle school stats don’t matter, but if you maintain that in high school you should be in good shape. You’re in 8th grade, you don’t have to worry about this for a while!

Once again, congrats to those who got in and good luck in the coming weeks. Hopefully you have a memorable experience and learn a lot throughout the six weeks. Although I would have loved to be a part of the group, I know the most qualified candidates were chosen. Once again, have a great time!
