RSI question

When RSI says you have to be a U.S. citizen, will Permanent Resident suffice?

bumppppppppppppppppppppppppppppp

Send them an email and ask. I seem to remember on their site that one place it said citizen and another it said resident.

Look through the RSI thread if you have time, in the last part rather than the beginning. This has been discussed and I don't recall the answer.

NO YOU MUST BE A NATUARLIZED CITIZEN TO APPLY TO RSI BECAUSE I COULDN'T APPLY THIS YEAR SINCE I WAS ONLY A PERMANENT RESIDENT!!! I emailed Maite(director of RSI) and this is what she told me so don't bother.

Can't you apply as an international though?

Yes....

but only some designated coutnries have affliations with the program

What if I am in the middle of the naturalization process while the application is submitted? Like if my status is "pending..." cause the government is a bunch of lazy bums.

bumpppppppppp

wanna email maite il bandito?
