<p>There is a rumor going around my school that some people who were rejected are now pending because UCSD messed up on the points system. Is there any truth in this???</p>

<p>hey calm yourself! anyway melody, i thought you've been reading the posts when acceptances just came out. they said the pending thing is an error, unless it is a new page that actually says "pending" or "you are being considered." if so, that would be awesome!</p>

<p>jas0n: today my friend told me that some of her friends went from rejection to pending and it made me pretty psyched cause some of my friends got rejected...but it does sound a little sketchy...so it's probably just a rumor since no one else on here has heard this.</p>

<p>ydolem: do you you know how they messed up on their point system? did they inquire about their points and discovered a discrepancy?</p>
<p>I'm not sure...like I said, it's just a rumor and I have no idea where it came from. But I'll definitely try to find out more tomorrow.</p>
