What is the lowest increase, considering i have a 1740, that I should send my scores to Penn?

i would say any amount of increase.

Highest score combo, so send it in no matter what, even if you get a 200 in one section...Penn is highly selective so any boost will help

Really? So lets say u get 700v, 700m, 700w on the SAT's, retake it, and get like 600v, 800m, 600w.

Would UPenn consider it a 700v, 800m, 700w????

yes (10 characters)

of course they would...they take your best combined score..

Let's say you got: 200m 800v 200w, 800m 200v 200w and a 200m 200v 800w, you really got (in their eyes) a 2400.

See that's the thing--I think they say that they take the composite score into account when they do admissions because they do feel that the top score shows how well you can do in a subject, but I would think that they also take how many times you've taken it, the other scores, etc. into account too.. Admissions officers want to know as much as they can about applicants, so why wouldn't they consider every score if they have access to them?

but they don't do that for the ACT

gmman...number of times you take it is a slight factor im assuming because they say dont take it more than three times...but im sure if you dont take it more than 3 times your fine...i took it twice..once old and once new

this is regarding rushed scores, can we call penn to check if our scores are received?
