Rushing a business frat as a junior?

I’ve been more and more interested in business lately. Before, I thought a lot of business majors were cagey “snakes” lol but I realized that I really like a lot of them that I’ve come into contact with and I realized that I really enjoy working with people. Unfortunately, I don’t really know too many people well in the two business frats at my school. This summer I’m interning at a large (and pretty well known) nonprofit doing consulting for a lot of local startups. My undergraduate school has a business major that many people apply to, but because I’m a rising junior, and I’m already set on Public Policy and Computer Science (So I’m not a business major, which is what the majority of people at the DSP chapter at my school are). I also don’t know anyone from DSP in my school besides one girl who I briefly talked to for ~30 mins from another club. I know a few people from AKPsi but not well. I’ve worked with them in group projects and I guess we sometimes say hi when we walk by each other but not well. I’m really worried that I wouldnt get a bid because most pledges are sophmores/freshman and idk if it’s too late…are there any ways to increase my chances of getting a bid? is it even worth rushing at this point? should I also rush the frat where I know people a little less (can you get a bid knowing no one there before rush begins)? also, would it be weird to reach out to the people i tangentially know before the semester begins/would that help?
