My friend is filling out her application cause she might transfer fall 2010.
She has to send in her high school transcript right?
Can she do that online (the self-report thing) or does she have to request a paper copy from HS?
And same with her college transcript...can she do that online or in paper?
Oh & are her SAT scores required?
She did the "reapply" application cause she applied in 2009 so her fees are waived.
Thanks.

For the high school transcript: On the Rutgers site for transfer applicants, it states “official”, which usually means a paper copy. She should try to contact her high school and request for a paper copy to be mailed. She should have it mailed to the following address:

Office of University Undergraduate Admissions
Rutgers, The State University of New Jersey
65 Davidson Road - Room 202
Piscataway, New Jersey 08854-8097
Fax: 732/445-8088

For the college transcript: She should contact the registrar office to request an official paper transcript as well.

For SAT scores: If she graduated from high school more than 2 years by Fall 2010 and have completed 12+ college credits and finished secondary school by the priority application date, then **NO/B

Hope that helps!
