Rutgers business school vs others....

I have a couple questions here. First out of Rutgers business school, Drexel, Fordham, and University of Pittsburgh, which gives me the best chance to get a good job after i graduate. I'm also looking for the most affordable, but still having a decent and reputable business school. I'm leaning towards Rutgers, but Fordham is appealing to me since it's so close to the Manhattan area and has a very good prestige in that area.

Also, i self reported my academic record yesterday (for Rutgers), but it's still showing up as a required credential in the my status page. Does it take a little time for them to review it?

bump?

Also, it says they have received my self reported grades BUT now it says they have not received my $65 which I paid online yesterday!!! I could of swore that was listed under “received items” yesterday.

Rutgers over Fordham. Probably also over Drexel, which is known more for engineering. New Brunswick is only a 45 minute train ride to NY Penn Station.

Much of the job market will depend on your exact major within the Business School. Accounting majors have very good job prospects upon graduation. Marketing, not as pretty. Finance is somewhere in between and will depend on the contacts you make during internships and summer jobs. Nothing is guaranteed, you need to invest time in making yourself desirable to employers.

I’m planning on doing accounting. Thanks for the advice!

It takes time for new status information to post online. Take into account weekends and holidays, also.

I’m in the business school and i picked rutgers over pitt and drexel. depends on where you live. drexel and fordham will be quite expensive (although i know drexel gives a lot of aid if youve got the stats). Im a jersey student, so obviously RU was much much cheaper. If i could have chosen any, I would have gone to pitt, but rutgers was very close behind (the pitt decision was more me wanting to be farther away lol). If you live in PA, pitt will be much more affordable, same goes for NJ and RU

i live in new jersey so i would just commute to rutgers. Thanks for the advice!

one last question:

I sent in my SAT scores on thur and college board still says the order is pending. Will the scores get to rutgers by nov 1st for early action. This is kind of ridiculous for scores to take so long to get someplace ELECTRONICALLY
