I am an NJ student but all three colleges cost around the same for me.
What do you guys think?

Have you been accepted to all three or are you thinking of applying in the future?
I have been accepted to all three and the cost for all of them would be around the same.
TCNJ all the way. Great campus, small classes, more selective than either Rutgers or Drexel. If you want to be a face in the crowd in gigantic classes on a crappy campus then go to Rutgers or Drexel
Three great and very different choices. I honestly don’t think either of the three stands out as way above another. All great school with very different vibes. Some are overwhelmed with Rutgers NB because of the sheer size and having to take buses to classes. Yet many love the size of the school and enjoy the Division 1 sports, etc. Drexel is in the heart of Philly. Some love that and others prefer a more residential suburban school. The co-op system at Drexel is wonderful as at graduation you’ll have notable work experience under your belt. However, some don’t like quarter calendar as there is no long summer break. TCNJ is small and suburban. Some feel its too small and lacking for large sports teams, etc however, others feel right at home there. I think you need to decide where you’ll feel most comfortable. I honestly believe you can’t go wrong with any of them. Good luck!
I work in software consulting and one thing to (possibly) consider is name recognition for employers. If you want to leave NJ having a school with a higher national profile is helpful. I honestly had to google TCNJ because I’d never heard of it. Rutgers or Drexel both have pretty good national name recognition and larger alumni networks. But as @Sally50 said, it’s more important that you like the vibe of the school. Go visit and spend time on each campus, see if you can’t attend a class at each. With such differences in size and location, one should feel more like home to you. You will do great, trust yourself! And congratulations!!!
Thank you everyone!!!
