<p>If you are hoping or expecting a transfer scholarship from Rutgers, notices have already been sent out. How do I know?? I just received $16,000 scholarship from Rutgers!! Finally some appreciation.</p>

<p>That’s what i figured. All I got was Pell grants, work-study, and loans.</p>
<p>Before I received that scholarship, my initial offer was about 24 k based only on grants, work study, and loans. Now that I have a large scholarship, which of my other aid (i.e. grants, work study, loans) will be deducted?? Surely they won’t let me keep everything or I’ll have a huge surplus riight?</p>

<p>i’m still waiting. they said “2 to 8 weeks” is what it takes after applying, I applied in mid-february. i go to community college, i have about a 3.4 GPA. i’m really goddamn nervous about it because I haven’t heard from other schools yet either but rutgers is my first choice. i check my page every few hours in vain and i just want to get in already! i’m so ready to move on at this point that i’m just waiting…waiting…</p>
<p>2-8 weeks? hmm. when i called they didnt even give me a range. they just said that they didn’t know. but if 2-8 weeks is right, i should be hearing back soon. i applied pretty late. first week of march. and the last update was 3/12.
