BME on a pre-med track...

Any suggestions??
Pros/Cons

I am looking for a school with great research, complete a minor, and study abroad.
I learned that Rutgers has a brand-new modern 60,000 sq.ft facility dedicated to Biomed.

looks like Rutgers is the clear choice here. the biomedical sciences are huge here at Rutgers, and BME does have a brand new facility that looks beautiful, at least from the outside. (I’m a biochemistry major, not engineering).

Plenty of study abroad options at rutgers: studyabroad.rutgers.edu

Basically, it comes down to the fact that BME is a great program at Rutgers, and Rutgers will provide you with a much more fuller, rounded college experience than njit.

Thanks supermtt37 for the insight! So, how would you describe Rutgers’ research and internship possibilities? (I am trying to become well-rounded with great research possibilities more so than co-op).

Also, since you’re a biochem major, Would you recommend biochem as a minor or another minor?
