Rutgers- What's the max on AP Credits you can use?

I have heard that you can only use a max of 8 AP Credits for the E.M. School of Pharmacy. I also saw online (Academic Credit - SAS Office of Academic Services) that for Rutgers' SAS Honors College, you can only use a max of 16 AP Credits.

I'm currently a HS Junior wanting to do Pre-Med at Rutgers SAS, and I'd planned to take about 40 credit's worth in my HS career, in order to get out of all the Humanities/English requirements at Rutgers SAS. I've already done 11 credit's worth (AP Bio and Psych). But after seeing the max, I guess there's no point taking more AP exams than necessary...

Does anyone currently attending Rutgers know if this is true?
What if you have like 40 potential AP Credits? Do you have to choose <16 of them?
Is it just the honors college that has a cap at 16 credits?

bump 10char

I don’t think there is a cap - my son knows kids in the Honors College that came in with a lot more AP credits than that but I would call the school to check.

I emailed them myself, hopefully I’ll get the reply soon.

My friend who was supposed to be a freshmen this year now has a sophomore status. So he graduates in 3 years.

I was wrong, you guys were right. There is no maximum on AP Credit Transfer.
