S/NS Grades for Grad School

I am currently a freshman at UW and I got really bad luck with class choices this year
and got myself stuck in JSIS 101 Israel Studies for I&S course.... I am doing well in my VLPA course and got a whole standard deviation above chem 152 course right now but that israel class... I will be even lucky to even get a 3.0 this quarter (it's possible but with all the Jewish kids who had prior knowledge to all this kills the grading scale)...

I am working my butt off to get this figured out but I do not know what to do.... I really am considering applying to Pharm school after four years and was wondering how would grad schools count the S/NS grades in GPA? Is it worth changing it to S/NS? If someone could give me insight on that it would be very helpful. Thank you!
