Safe GPA for grad school (specifically the Public Health program)?

I had a terrible first two years in college (I didn't know what I wanted to major in, really lost, etc....)

Now that I've decided on pursuing a Masters and a career in Public Heath, I'm working to raise my GPA this school year.

Now I know we're not talking about law school or med school, but I would like to know the difficulties of being accepted into the program. Average GPA/GRE scores?

Under a 3.0 and your chances are dismal.

3.5 is common.

4.0 is better, especially if you tanked the first two years (i.e., half of your college experience).

Get a 3.5-4.0.
