Safe schools for international student?? help

I am a Korean girl and have lived in Indonesia for the past 10 years.
I attend a small international school here. I think I have some reach schools picked out, but it's hard to find which are my safe schools. Please note that I have a lot more to offer than what may be on the list just because of my experience of living overseas in a third world country and going to a school using a language that is not spoken at home or in the surroundings.

There are no “Safe” schools for international applicants. If you can pay the full cost, what would be “Safe” for a US applicant would be a “Match” for you. Your “Safe” school is in your home country.

Yes, I do understand that. Maybe, then, I should look for match schools.
I know that I won’t be able to pay full tuition.
However, schools do except international students and I believe that I stand out enough in the big pool of international students, for schools to want to accept me.

“I won’t be able to pay full tuition”

That makes everything even worse. You don’t even have any Matches in the US. If you need financial aid, all you have here are Reaches.

You need to spend some time in the International Students Forum reading up on where people have been admitted and received the kind of aid that you need. You also need to sit down with the college placement counselor at the school you are currently attending, and get solid advice on places that might work for you.
