Safeties??

I've been having trouble finding safeties, I guess it's because I have set on a school already- Brown. But we all know how tough it is to get in there :). I have a 4.0 uw and 1340/1600 on my sat's, my writing was awful (590) and I dont know why because on the psat's it was in the 700's. Oh well, I plan on taking the sat's again and am also going to take the act's which will hopefully be better. My main ec's are
-Student Government (Student Body Pres, Class Pres, and different councils)- this takes up ALOT of my time
-Varsity soccer (MVP)
-I founded a community service project which has up to date raised about $2000 in less than a year.
-research internship
Does anyone have any suggestions on what school's would be matches/safeties. I want a school with at least 4000 students but smaller's okay too, a strong science program, and on the east coast (preferably in New England)

Thanks so much for your input :)

The usual suspects for those who want to go to Brown but don't get in: Wesleyan, Tufts, Brandeis, Vassar, Boston U., Clark U., Bates, Haverford, Hamilton.
